Who we are
Sandy Beach AI (also referred to as “Pipeline Lite OS”) is a done-for-you B2B email prospecting, cold-calling, and appointment-setting service. It is operated by AJF Financial Group LLC, 181 Long Hill Rd, Little Falls, NJ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to hiresandybeach.com and to the Pipeline Lite OS platform.
Information we collect
When you request a walkthrough, sign up for the service, or talk to Sandy, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, and mobile phone number, plus your business name, website, and a short description of your needs. If you subscribe, our payment processor collects billing details on our behalf (see “Billing & payments” below). We also collect basic technical data (such as device, browser, and usage information) when you visit the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, to run the cold email, calling, texting, voice, and appointment-setting outreach you ask us to perform, to operate and bill your subscription, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the platform. Sandy is disclosed as an AI operator at the start of every conversation.
SMS & voice consent (TCPA)
By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive automated text messages and phone calls from us and from Sandy Beach AI related to your account and the service, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We honor STOP requests immediately.
Email consent, sender identification & opt-out (CAN-SPAM)
Every marketing email we send identifies AJF Financial Group LLC as the sender, includes our physical business address (181 Long Hill Rd, Little Falls, NJ), and includes a working unsubscribe link, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Click “unsubscribe” in any email, or email support@hiresandybeach.com, and we will honor the request and stop sending you marketing email within 2 business days.
Billing & payments
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring biweekly (every two weeks) basis through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe collects and stores payment card data under its own security standards (PCI-DSS). We retain billing history (amounts, dates, and subscription status) needed to operate your account.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors needed to deliver the service — for example, messaging, calling, scheduling, payment, and hosting providers — under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or opt out of marketing email as described above (honored within 2 business days). Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
Children's privacy
Our service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
