Agreement
These terms govern your use of hiresandybeach.com and the Pipeline Lite OS platform (“the service”), operated by AJF Financial Group LLC, 181 Long Hill Rd, Little Falls, NJ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Sandy Beach AI is a done-for-you B2B email prospecting, cold-calling, texting, and appointment-setting service, operated by an AI agent (“Sandy”) on your behalf. Sandy discloses that she is an AI operator at the start of every conversation. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Billing & subscription
The service is sold as a recurring subscription, billed on a biweekly (every two weeks) cycle through our payment processor, Stripe, at the rate shown on the pricing section of hiresandybeach.com at the time you sign up. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current sprint.
Consent to communications
By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive automated SMS, voice, and email communications from us related to your account and the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time — we honor email opt-outs within 2 business days. Every marketing email identifies AJF Financial Group LLC as the sender and includes our physical address, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for ensuring that any outreach you direct through the service — including the contacts you ask Sandy to contact — complies with applicable law (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call rules) and the rights of the people contacted.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, to harass recipients, or to circumvent opt-out requests. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJF Financial Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. (Placeholder — confirm with counsel.)
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
